　推进建筑节能和绿色建筑发展，是加快生态文明建设、开展节能减排和应对气候变化的重要途径，通过数字技术进行建筑领域的政策建模，基于碳排放能耗量等目标为导向定量化设计与优化，分析计算确定各政策有效性，综合考虑建筑各部分的绿色节能技术、优化设计与政策组合，以求相互配合，共同实现减碳目标。
