运用文献计量、大数据爬取等方式从现有文献中收集有关城市固体废弃物组成成分数据，运用12种机器学习方式构建我国城市级别2000-2023年城市固体废弃物组成成分比例数据库。为城市级别废弃物处理方式，投资方向以及未来的垃圾处理设施建设等提供基本数据依据。
